This design/build project includes the remodel of approximately 5,000 square feet of the 2nd floor radiology department within the Oklahoma City VAMC clinic. The Spur Design team along with VA engineering and VA contracting worked diligently early in the design process to revise the scope of work to assure that the VA was provided with the highest quality product and did not duplicate work with future projects.

To maximize the budget, the design included the reuse of existing doors and frames to be relocated as well as the reuse of VA 'attic stock' door hardware. Additionally, upgraded finishes were provided to better meet campus standards and create a welcoming environment for veterans, their families, and clinic personnel.
